FRP/GRP CABLE TRAY & LADDER
Composite cable trays and ladders are manufactured by pultrusion process according to NEMA FG1 standards. The raw materials (such as rolls of mat and roving) are saturated with the resin mixture("wet-out") in the resin bath and are pulled through a heated steel die using a continuous pulling device then they are cured and formed corresponds to the shape of the die and then are drilled and assembled.The basic pultrusion process is described in the following schematic.
